The plastic thermoformed pallet provides tremendous packaging options, including SLEEVE PACKS and TOTE PACKS. Because it acts as both a pallet and cap, this 180-degree nestable pallet provides tremendous versatility in returnable packaging design.
Corrugated plastic is unaffected by water or humidity, grease, dirt and most chemicals. Accessories can be attached to fit any application requirement; for example, bin clips, I.D. pockets, bar-code labels, or snaps. Static safe conductive and anti-static materials are available.
Our plastic thermoformed containers are in stock in a wide variety of sizes that maximize trailer cube and storage space. We also manufacture custom pallets with special dunnage and partitions. Interlocking pallets allow for safer stacking and 4-way entry. Thermoformed pallets are 100% recyclable, lightweight and reusable, and more cube efficient than injection molded bulk bins. Most designs are completely collapsible to maximize storage space.
